Performers who have signed up online, can join the ensemble at Potters Fields Park on Make Music Day,  Sunday 21 June 2026.

We'll only have chairs and sheet music available for performers who have registered in advance!

This beautiful venue is near the River Thames, on the south side of Tower Bridge.

We thank our supporters: Team London Bridge, Potters Fields Park Management Trust, and Making Music, for making this superb venue possible.

Use public transport if possible - London Bridge station is closest.

The venue is accessible, at floor level without any steps.

Toilet facilities are available in the More London area (a couple of minutes from the park) - including accessible facilities

We will provide:

• A chair

• Only if you asked for it to be printed, your sheet music
  We will not be printing extra copies if you said you would bring your own!

Essential to bring with you:

• Music stand (not required for choir)

• Sheet music
  (unless you asked us in advance to print you a copy)

• Pegs to secure your sheet music

• Suitable clothes (check the weather - we will be outside!)

• Sun protection if required (sun cream, hat etc.)

• Instrument or singing voice

• Water

What happens if it rains? Or there is a heatwave?

We do not have roof cover at our performance location.

We may have to cancel in really severe wet and windy weather, or of course a heatwave. 

If this is likely, a warning email will be sent to participants the day before, followed by a final decision message by 9am on the day.

However, we don't take this decision lightly - we have never cancelled an event yet (even covid-19 only moved us online!)
